On the afternoon of March 28th, we joined hands with Mr. Liu Lianglu and Ms. Hao Wei, vocal artists from Ganglamedo Records, to host the ShengYa 30th Anniversary Music Appreciation Session themed Listening to Anthems, Bonding in the Audiophile Community at the ShengYa Audio Flagship Store. A host of audiophiles and media guests gathered together to enjoy wonderful live performances presented by the two artists.

  The event was hosted by Ms. Ou Manli, a renowned emcee from Xiaolan, Zhongshan.

First, Mr. He Weilin, Sales Director of ShengYa Audio, took the stage to deliver an address. He shared with the audience his memories of his father from childhood.

"Every time I came to the factory, my father was always in the listening room, auditioning test clips over and over again and tuning the equipment… Being exposed to this atmosphere day in and day out, I grew to love music. Now that I’m back at ShengYa, I hope to bring fresh ideas to the brand and create more remarkable products for everyone." 

He then introduced several new products, including true wireless earphones and desktop tube amplifier systems.

This concert was co-organized with Ganglamedo Records. Two renowned vocal artists from the label, Liu Lianglu and Hao Wei, graced the grand event that day.

On the day, Mr. Liu Lianglu treated the audience to five splendid songs: Rolling Red Dust, Love’s Trial, Woman Flower, Smile Amidst the Storm, Intimate Lover. The audience applauded warmly for his brilliant performance!

Eric took the stage to share his insights and brought his personal audiophile records for everyone to enjoy together.

Mr. He shared ShengYa’s founding story spanning 30 years. In the early days of the brand, the first products launched were tube preamplifiers and power amplifiers. However, for various reasons, they failed to gain market recognition. With the support of his wife, he pivoted to launch an integrated amplifier adopting a tube-preamp and solid-state-power design. It was China’s first hybrid tube-solid-state amplifier. Thanks to its innovative design and accessible pricing, it was widely well-received upon release.

General Yu from Ganglamedo also attended to congratulate Shengya on its 30th anniversary. He presented Shengya Audio with a copy of Jiang Hu Xiao by Liu Lianglu, numbered “30”, as a souvenir, wishing Shengya to keep thriving in the Hi-Fi world.

Then Hao Wei of Ganglamedo took the stage and performed tracks from her new album Ode.

Hao Wei delivered four wonderful songs for the audience: Sing a Folk Song for the Party, Soldiers and Civilians as One Family, Emancipated Serfs Sing, Variations on Mayila. Her grand finale, Variations on Mayila, brought the atmosphere of the event to its climax!

Next came the audiophile sharing session. We invited Mr. Xie from HuiPu Loudspeakers, local Zhongshan audiophile representatives Mr. Sun, Brother Mark and streamer Brother Ming to share their Hi-Fi stories on stage. Each of them received a 24K gold CD and a 1:1 direct-cut gold disc presented by General Yu of Ganglamedo.

Of course, there was also a lucky draw session. We handed out small gifts as surprises, and the audience was highly engaged. 

Towards the end of the event, on behalf of Ganglamedo Records, General Yu presented Mr. He (Junior) with the No.30 numbered 1:1 direct-cut gold disc of Hao Wei · Ode.

Lastly, Mr. Zhang, General Manager of ShengYa Audio, delivered the closing remarks and expressed his gratitude to everyone for their long-standing support for ShengYa.

Exquisite refreshments and coffee were also served on site. In addition, a barista gave a live demonstration of hand-drip coffee brewing, making the event a well-rounded experience.
